At Salina Area United Way, we take pride in being responsible stewards of the resources entrusted to us. Every dollar invested by our donors, partners, and community members is managed with integrity, transparency, and accountability. Our financial statements are audited annually by an independent certified public accounting firm. Every three years, we solicit bids from both local and regional CPA firms to ensure a fair and competitive audit process.
The most recent audit was conducted by Varney & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, located in Manhattan, Kansas. The audit, completed in 2025, reviewed our financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024, and resulted in no significant findings, reflecting the sound financial management and oversight of our organization.
